Taylor and his partner run a small gourmet mushroom farm in North Canterbury supplying mushrooms to restaurants and markets in the area. During the presentation, you will hear about the process of how mushrooms are grown from local agricultural waste and coffee grounds, gain a better understanding of the different varieties available and also have the opportunity to take home your very own mushroom farm!
